Hey man, I just eyeballed some specs on your board. Your components may handle the fsb but your pci bus is running at 44.4MHz. I seriously doubt that you'll get much of anything to run that far out of spec. To recommend a replacement board , I still need to know your system.
My specs are:
aopen ax6b motherboard
Retail 750 p3
128megs pc133
tnt2 m64
sound blaster live
avermedia tv-phone pci
2 network cards(pci and isa)
