i tried to fix it for hours but i could not do it, the only solution if i upped the voltage to 2.1 then i would boot but it would crash, i tryed everything and i know that all my components are able to work at 133 bus, so could it be the motherboard, whats a good replacement

Hey man, I just eyeballed some specs on your board. Your components may handle the fsb but your pci bus is running at 44.4MHz. I seriously doubt that you'll get much of anything to run that far out of spec. To recommend a replacement board , I still need to know your system.
