Hi All,I'v got a C2 that has high spots on 3 corners of the chip,I found this after i lapped the hs and saw that it scared the bottom of the hs when i put it on.Question is,what is the best way to lap the chip?(same as hs?I used 1500 grit to finish off the hs) How much can I go with lapping? I know that might be a hard question to answer.Thx btw,Its a fcpga chip.
