ok i have a celeron 466 and i need to know if can just plug a celeron two in it or do i have to get a new mobo

Older MBs don't have the ability to regulate the Vcore voltage to the lower value needed by the coppermine chips. Without knowing your MB it's tough to say. If it's a couple years old it could be a problem.
