I have a p3-700@1008 and its running great butI can't seem to not mess with it. I have an alpha Slot1 cooler from 3dfxcool.com. I used the thermal paste that came with it. It is a small white tube with a silver band around it for the label. The label just says Alpha and then the rest is in a different language. Is this Artic Silver thermal Paste? If not would the real stuff make a difference? My temps are areound 34-36c at idle and around 40-43c at high use. People have been claming 3-5c decrease just by using Artic. Thanks

Arctic Silver grease is silver in color, and comes in a small syringe-like applicator. Normal silicon thermal grease is white. It has made 3 to 4 degrees difference in my experiences with it. It is definitely a worthwhile investment for serious overclocking.
