I can't stand it!!! This chip stinks!!!

I have tried every combo of settings in the bios and cannot get this chip to go better than 733(default). I downloaded SoftFSB and surprise, no MS-6199 mobo listed. Does anyone know if you could choose another mobo from the list and it would work? Thanx!!
