I got my Celeron II 600 some weeks ago and it runs totally stable @ 900MHz / Core @1.75 v. I've run SiSoft Sandra burn-in for days in a row. BurnBX also... However, I can't get the damn thing to do 1008MHz even with 2.05v. It posts and starts to boot W2K but halts with one of them NT blue-/stopscreens.

I have also tried running it at 927MHz / 1.75v and it was stable.

Memory timing is at the highest latency so I'm sure it's not the memory.

Is there any chance that I can get this puppy to run stable with 2.10v or 2.15v ?? And just how hot will it get if I do? I got a coolermaster DP5-6H51 and it is nearly cold at 900MHz. Will i need peltiers and watercoolers? It feels at bit scary to go past 2.05v...

I don't have any words of encouragement, but I feel your pain. I'm rock solid at 1.8v - 926, but 1.9 - 1008 give me the "Windows general protection error" in Win 98.

Hopefully, someone can help both of us.....

Is SiSoft Sandra burn-in part of the SiSoft Sandra software with all those benchmarking and motherboard info ulilties? if so, where do u access the burn-in feature?

Henry,
The burn in is in the latest 2001 version.
