i'm looking to get a gig of ram. Dual channel, and under $200.

Here is what i see so far:

Kingston HyperX PC-3200 1G Dual Channel Kit KHX3200AK2/1G
195

Kingston PC3200 400MHZ DDR 512MB(KVR400X64C3/512)
87 (X2 = 174)

Crucial Micron Original PC3200 400Mhz DDR 512MB(CT6464Z40B)
93 (x2 = 186)

Now, heres the tough part....Which of these three, if any, can reach 225-ish?
i really appreciate anyone's input, i'm so close to my first oc system but just cant bear to think i may spend a good deal of money on a dud product....thank you all!
