i was just wondering if anyone had any advice on OC'ing an A64?

If you mean Opteron, those are multiplier locked, so your only option is to raise the FSB.

All I did was up the core to 2.7V, the DDR to 2.9V, the chipsets to 2.8V, and the FSB to 226 MHz.
