does anyone know how to change the multiplyer on a pentium 2

All Intel cpu's made since 1998 are multiplier locked. Most of the older PIIs are also multiplier locked. If you have an old PII that isn't locked, they weren't very good oc'ers anyhow. But the multiplier sel. would either be set with jumpers or in bios on jumperless mobo's.

Does anybody know how to unlock the pentium2 multiplyer? Or is there any other way how to overclock a p2 witout increasing the fsb???
