Here's my question: for $78, I can either get 128MB of KingMAX PC150 or 128MB of Crucial CAS2 PC133, which should I get?

My current system is a Celeron II 600@900 on a BE6 mobo, 15GB 7200RPM ATA66, Geforce SDR, but with only 64 megs of PC100 (Kingston ValueRAM). I actually have about $120, but I have yet to find any QUALITY (I've had serious ploblems with OEM and commodity grade ram in the past) 256meg sticks of PC133 (plus I need a 2nd controller for my Dreamcast ;) ). If you guys know where I can get some for 120 bucks or less also let me know.

-Thanks!

Well, the memory I would recomend is just a little more than $120.00.
Mushkin has some new hi performance pc133 rev3 that is garanteed to run cas2 (2-2-2) @ 150mhz, and this stuff is going for about 135.00
I paid almost 200.00 for my rev2 which is garanteed to ren @ 133fsb @ 2-2-2, but is actualy stable to 154fsb @2-2-2.
Ok I just went to mushkin.com, and their price for rev2 is 104.00 which will leave you enough money to pay for shipping, and the rev3 is $133.00.
Mushkin is a very accomodating business, and I recomend them highly....they are prompt with orders, and are very understanding with their return policy...they sure made me happy ;-)

Crucial's new Memory only uses 8 chips rather than 16. Way fast. About 10% faster than Mushkin rev2

Yea, but now they got rev3 out, and it's cheap too!
