They overclock similar.

You'll need good PC3200 RAM to take advantage of a locked 2500+ or a locked 2800+.

If they're unlocked, then you can adjust the multiplier with any FSB your RAM can do...

MHz speed= [FSB] x multiplier

What about stock speeds? When i buy my cpu I don't want to overclock just yet...

If you aren't going to overclock then buy the fastest processor you can afford. The whole benefit to spending less money for a slightly slower processor is to be able to overclock it.
