How Would I

Dunno if this is possible, but its worth a shot.
Generally my pc is on at night when i sleep, just moved so now its in the same room as me.
I have a Tornado and its loud..not too loud but loud enough. I was wondering if its possible to wire a switch to it to cut the power down while it idles at night.
I had a 5v mod on it before, but it was getting too hot during heavy load.

So is there any way of wiring a switch in this manner?

yeah u should be able to or u could use a potentiometer.
