I was looking threw a IBM I had a a weird device was called a "RFID Antenna". It comes off of the motherboard as 2 wires, black and white, then leads to copper loops around a Iron core. What is this? What does this do to my privacy? Can the government use it as computer control? Should I go through my other IBMs and remove this? It has no known function for me.

I'm thinking no.

It's still a pretty cool tech, though.

It's nothing to worry about. Used mainly for inventory systems in warehouses and stuff, these aren't some kind of Orwellian device the man uses to keep us down.

It's really neat how they work though. The slug of iron with wire around it is the antenna that also powers the flash RAM chip when it's being accessed.
