Possible heat issues with 9800pro

I was wondering about how hot my ram was getting on my video after overclocking it (its completely stable). I dont have any extra probes to see temps, so I touched it. The ram and back of the processor felt way to hot to be safe. Is this normal for the 9800pro? and are there any programs to check the temps of the video card? like i said the card was completely stable (ran it through 3dmark03 a few times to test) For the time i went back to stock to be on the safe side. Any help would be very appreciated.

On my 9700 Pro at stock speed, the RAM was running at a temp so high, I couldn't put my finger on it for more than a second so I'd assume it's pretty normal. If it makes you feel more secure, put some RAMsinks on.
