Hi, I am thinking about picking this card up at newegg, the Audigy LS that is. Anybody have any comments. I use my computer for gaming. Thanks all.

If you're picky about sound, go with a better card (like the SB Audigy 2 ZS - $89 retail at newegg). But if you want the bargain on a refurb or something, go for it.
Go ZS, but what speakers are you running?
I wouldnt buy the LS.
Apparently Creative is pulling an ATI SE and Nvidia MX model thing with this LS card. I just bought one from Bestbuy last week and when I got it installed the ONLY driver that would work for it was the driver that came on the CD. NONE of the other Audigy drivers worked on it including the hacked AUdigy2 for Audigy1 drivers, every driver I tried to install said "error no audigy chip detected". I said screw this and when I pulled the card out to return it I looked on the card and there was no AUDIGY chip on it. The big square chip on it said something like Dat-102349 or something like that. If your going to buy an Audigy 1 I think you want to get the Audigy ES (OEM) one thats supposedly the one you can use ANY audigy (1 or 2) driver on.
