Don't worry about it....

You might have installed the 9700-->9800 mod, jusrt means you get the same driver benefits as the R9800. It's a little redundant, since the CAT3.2's and up have already included the optimizations:)

Very good. 3DM01 is more of a system bench though.

To get an idea of how great you new card is, just run 3DM03

5430 (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=1165591) on my softmodded R9500 in 3dM03:)

17155 (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=7303446) in 3DM01

Yeah, nice scores there. My core goes up a bit higher on my 9500np, but my memory can't quite do that. Looks good. :)

Search for voltmod 9k5 in the ATi forum, you'll find the post. I also posted a thread of my own that has the entire 9500/9700 PCB scanned at uber-resolution with the proper resistors highlighted to do a pencil-mod.

Using a pencil to draw a circuit (conductive) trace between 2 points on a board.

If you already understand how a voltage mod works and know the concept behind pencil mods, you can click on this thread (http://www.ocforums.com/vb/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=233602[/url) for my post on pencil mod locations on the 9500np / 9700np / 9700p cards.
