Hi,
I have 2x512MB DDR400 Samsung modules, with the TCCC chips.
Has anyone used these before, or knows if these are any good?

They are rated at 3-3-3 but I can comfortably run them to 210MHz with 2.5-3-3 timings, dual channel, and standard VDimm.

Just wondering if anyone knows how well they respond to voltage, or if anyone has overclocked or even used these before?
I'm yet to see someone else with these chips.

Hi,

Yes I have seen these and use them. There are also TCC4 chips that a lot of people have but are 3-4-4. Anything with the Samsung name on it will always be good IMHO.

wanna_b_rich_13,
thanks for the feedback :)... what was your experience with the TCCC modules?
did u try to overclock or just stick to the standard specs?

If you could post what settings you ran them at it would be appreciated bro... VDimm, timings, frequency, etc

Cheers
