Oddball code on my Cel II 566 FC

The code on my Cel FC 566 is:
L040BO24-0897 SL46T Maylasia
I've been told this is the cBo step, I guess the cCo is better. As far as the rest of the code, I don't see any others in the database with any simular #'s. I assume this is a week 40., or is it a week 8 of 1997 ? I am on the 83 bus on my BH6 board. Running at 707.Will not go 850, I get instantaneous black screen when I select the 100 bus in FSBsoft in windows.83 is the highest bus I could run my 300a at also (375.)
I'm begining to think that this is the best my motherboard can do and not the CPU's.

I can asure you one thing about your CPU... it is not from 1997....

That is odd thta you cant hit 100FSB with a 566.....My cBo 633 did that with standard voltage....
so i have to ask, what is your Voltage? and what kind of cooling do you have?

I use 1.6 volts at 707, my SS bios only gives me voltage settings of 1.3 to 1.7, guess 1.8 or so would be nice to try.
