I used to be able to comfortably overclock my PII 400 to 450Mhz for a modest but noticeable speed
increase. However, after upgrading from Windows 98 to 98SE I am unable to change the speed (BIOS says its set to 450, but the rest of the system,
disagrees). Benchmarks confirm that it's as fast (or slow depending on your point of view) as it was before I discovered the joys of overclocking.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
