Well, im trying to run BF1942 on my com (the multiplayer demo actually cuz dad wont let me buy new games until my exams r over and that's late june :( ) and when i open up the .exe file, the screen goes black like it usually does when opening a full screen game, then it pops straight out into the desktop again with the error sound playing. Anyone know how to fix this problem without reformatting?
I tried both versions, the normal BF1942 and Secret Weapons multiplayer demos and they both dont work. I know the normal version works because ive played it a while ago, i just stopped for a few months.
