I think I deleted a file called GMT.exe when adaware did a scan and pulled up a couple of system files that I forgot to uncheck when I pressed delete. Now when windows loads it says could not laod GMT.exe network resource. I dont know if this is linked but I cant get my emails from my pop3 server. The thing is that sometimes goes down anyway so I dont know if its because of the missing file or not really. Anyone know if I need to replace the file or if its just something I can live without.
It looks like it could be part of the wonderful gator spyware that plagues systems. I know you said you ran adaware but run it again and run spybot aswell apparently they work well together!

Ah, that would make a lot of sense. I just got a lot of gator stuff showing up on adaware, plus I just removed this virus called 'mscache' that apparently goes to some site and downloads adware when u go online. Ill try that spybot out and do anoter adaware scan. Cheers CHris :)
