which of these 2 is the better?
- Corsair 256MB DDR XMS3200C2PT Platinum CAS2 (MY-004-CS)
- Corsair 256MB DDR XMS3200LLPT Low Latency Platinum CAS2 (MY-013-CS)

The LLPT is better because it has the lower timings. It also has the platinum heatspreader but that doesnt really make any difference.

I think I read somewhere on this board that:

3200C2 = BH5
3200LL(PT?) = CH5

So if thats the case, then would be getting CH5 at lower timings be better than getting BH5 at higher timings?

They're both using Winbond CH-5 chips. They're both overpriced, as well.

Of the two, the 3200LL is better. If you want some Corsair XMS with the BH-5 chip, get the 3500C2. I just got a gig of it myself.

get the 3500, the newer revision of the corsair LL, like my brother got (v1.2), doesn't overclock for **** :(
