Where can i find generic keyboard drivers to run those play/stop/ff buttons @ the top of my keyboard?

I think it depends on what kind of keyboard you have, I know I have installed the wrong model of mine and they all did odd things when I tried to use them.
What os do you use? I have a keyboard with those buttons and under windows xp the buttons work with no addtional drivers installed.
Some will work on default drivers but usually to get all the features out of it you have to install the manufacturers software. What make and model is the keyboard? You may need to search about a bit to find it if its not a well known brand but if you cant find it give us a shout, more than one set of eyes may just find it!

I got it from www.cyberpowerpc.com
Ive tried looking on their website, but ill go look again.
Sometimes theres a little label on the bottom and it has a model number on it, if you google it you should come up with something. If you cant find anything try ringing up the company you bought it from they may be able to help you.
