this is from ATACOM.com and I was wondering if I'm looking at a 700 or 700E

It's an "e", but the cC0 stepping has a better chance to overclock than the cB0.
Technically, according to Intel there is no such thing as a 700e or any "e" series processor above 600MHz.
However on the forums the "e" is often used to designate that it is a 100 MHz FSB chip, although there isn't a 700eb or 133FSB version anyway.
