PIII 700 or 866EB?????

I want to run stable at about 900mhz. Which is the best choice???? Is the 866eb capable of much o/cing at all??

Every PIII-700 I have had experience with would run at 933MHz/133FSB. There are occasional reports of chips that won't but I'm confident that the majority do. The 866EB will probably overclock a little but at the expense of high PCI/AGP bus speeds. It's more difficult to obtain stability under those conditions.
