can someone tell me how to take apart a "SLOT 1 PEN III" processor

i need help on taking apart a SLOT 1 PEN III processor b/c i want to install a heat sink with 2 fans
i can't seem to figure out how to take it apart but i don't want to damage the chip itself
i found that cooler for $7 but i dunno how to put on on
plz plz plz help me thx

You may have to search the other forums for the exact article, but here is basically how it is done:

You place a case screw on a desk. On the cpu's backplate there are four holes that retain a clip. You push the CPU onto the screw on the table, until it releases the clip in each of the holes. I have done it a few times and found that the best leverage is achieved by first removing the fan, and then pushing down the CPU using the heatsink as a handle.

Disclaimer: this is a tricky procedure and it can potentially go wrong and destroy your chip, so search a little more and do this only if you really understand what you are doing.
