Best porg to o/c a atvi 9600 vid card?

i was wondering what are teh best progs out there that allow me to o/c my vid card?

Radclocker and rage3dtweak. Radclocker comes with the omega drivers at www.omegacorner.com while rage3dtweak can be found at www.rage3d.com . I usualy prefer the omegas, but they havnt rekeased a catalyst 3.10 omega, they still have 3.9 out. the 96c's are 3.9, so when you see one other than that it means new ones have come out.
