If I were to get a HyperX 3200 with the BH-5 chips, would there be a difference in capabilites and performance between the HyperX 3200 BH-5, the Mushkin 3200 BH-5, and the OCZ 3200 BH-5?

Basically would one out do the other? or work better than the other?

I think they would all OC about the same. I just purchased 1024 of the hyperx 3000 from newegg this week. It came with BH-5 and is currently running at 220 2 2 2 11 at ~2.9 volts. Prime95 stable, passes memtest86. I havent even tried going further, but I'm sure it would. I dont think you would find any difference in hyperx3000 or hyperx3200 though, so I would save $30 and go with the 3000.

mushkin lvl II is always BH-5, KHX often has a different label number compared to CH-5... i guess there are more options, but the mushkin lvl II thing is the one im sure of

Hence the Lvl 2 price? They know how to get you.

That they do...I think there might be an OCZ EL line that is pretty much guaranteed to be BH-5. There's a lot more info in the "Weekend BH-5 Pricelist" thread.

How do you know youre getting BH-5 when you order or is it a crap shoot.

It's a crap shoot, though nobody has seen the HyperX without BH-5 yet, so you have a very good chance of getting it too. And yea check the price list sticky out.

Wow, you just made my day. Think I'm going to order those 3000's instead of the 3500's if you're getting such good results (although that constant 2.9v's sound kinda scary).

The 3500s are sure to be worse (if you're talking HyperX3500). KHX 3200A and 3500 are CH5 for sure.

So the 3000 is better?

Is this BH-5: KHX3000-512 ? Obviously a 512mb stick

Cheers guys.

Yes the 3000 is better than the 3500. BH5 > CH5.

If the model number is KHX3000/512 then yes. Well there is no guarantee, but as of right now nobody has received some without BH5.
