MSCONFIG for win2000?

Tried run and typed msconfig does not come up.
Is there some like this for win2000?
Trying to help a freind get rid of some of his start up programs and normally I would use msconfig.

At some time ago this subject was discussed on this forum ,and there is a link with download of MSCONFIG for win 2000,search forum or give me your e-mail I will E-mail it yo You, file is only approx 144kb,I'm sure You will find link on this forum

download and if You want to use msconfig click on icon and uncheck programs which You don't wont to load ,restart comp

wish id known about that when i was on win2k, i missed using msconfig from when i was on xp, back on xp pro now ^_^
