mounting holes causing problems.

Yo everyone,
I have a problem related to this in another post, but here's the newest problem I've experienced. I'm trying to use an alphapal 8045 on my nf7-s board. Everytime I mount it however, I get the voltage/overheat bios error. I know everything works fine however because I was using this heatsink on an old kx7-333r prior to this for about 6 months. When I throw my stock amd hs/fan on the processor, we're good to go. Any and all suggestions are more than welcome. thanks guys

It sounded to me like the heatsink wasn't making good contact with the processor..I looked around and found this may be true. See if this article helps you.
