I have a Celeron 500Mhz Cpu on a Intel 440BX AGPset motherboard, GA-6BXC.

How do I overclock the thing when Celeron's don't and won't run faster than 66Mhz Bus?? I change the bus to 100Mhz and the thing runs slower not faster!! Or it won't boot. The jumper settings don't do anything.

Please Help!!!

That's more than likely the cpu is still insisting on 66MHz. You may have to block the high/low select pin. By default it pulls up 66MHz when the pin is blocked the cpu calls 100MHz.
