A7N8X Deluxe does it have PCI lock?

So far I am pleased with the board.
I've just managed to set it up correctly so it doesn't keep giving me the blue screen of death and rebooting. As for OC-ing ability I don't know yet, because I am not going to bother until I get a Barton or a T-Bred because my crappy Palamino 2100+ chip is rather crap. I also upgraded my RAM to DDR400 (PC3200),
TwinMOS chips. But does it have PCI lock.
I think it does but I can't seem to find any confirmation.

Please advise...

Set the AGP for 66. I think that locks the PCI as 33. Anyone want to second the notion?
