The only way to unlock your Intel chip is to exchange it for a chip that has a different multiplier. In short, you can't. Sorry.

hehehe... Give it up! The only way to change your multiplier is if you are one of the people who designed the chip. Other than them people, you C A N - N O T change the multiplier. sorry dude..
