i have a PPGA celery 400@570. 600 gets me post, but the harddrive "spins out" while i load windows. it wont load dos either. I wanna up the voltage, but my board doesnt support voltage selection. How can i go about doing this? my stats are below

You could get a Celeron 2 566 or 600 and change the voltage by means of wire hacking as detailed at http://www.cotty.btinternet.co.uk/vidpin.htm
or alternatively buy another motherboard.
It would probably be cheaper to buy a chip than a board though and you'd definatley get more speed gains since the 400 is not the best unit to try to demonise.
