Ok my NF7-s + 2500 is currently at 230x10.5 (2.42ghz)
Vcore is at 1.93 and temp under load is 45c on air (with ducting mods)

Is it safe to run at these specs, not 24/7 but probably 18/7 ?

Would it be ok to take the vcore even higher if necessary - what is an acceptable safe limit temp-wise ?

thx in advance for taking the trouble to reply :)

i would leave it on 24/7 but those temps are fine. i try not to get over 50 C but its easy for me since i water-cool :D. mines runnin at 1.9 and i don't have any problems.

I would say you are fine mine run's 11x219 @ 1.95 with about 42c full load.

AMD says 70 C. max.. Mine runs at a consant 51 to 57 C. 10 - 15/7 with no problems. I'm running at 166MHz. x 13.5 @ 1.9 vcore for 2.250 GHz. (BIO's)/2.246 GHz. (bench):) .
