I'm trying to decide which brand named card to grab up. Which card is most likely to clock the highest? I'm thinking hercules but its usually just a toss up. If anyone could help lean me in a certain direction that would be appreciated.

I read in another thread by someone that BBA (Built By ATi) Cards are the best to overclock...

I have Personal experience with Hercules and they are good company...

I say ATi as they make the chipsets them selves....

Excelsoir is right. I have a BBA 9800 XT and from what I am seeing in the forums mine is a very good overclocker. I have it at 470/385. I can run the mem up to 400 but I get an occaisional artifact (black tearing) I think once I put my OCZ flowers on it I can go higher. My gpu cooling is the awesome "SVC Arctic cooler" a bit spendy but in MHO its well worth it.

Get the BBA card.

i like the Asus - just because of all the pretty bells and whistles it comes with :)
