Onboard SATA limits overclock?

Is it true that using the onboard SATA controller limits the max overclockable FSB to 300?

That's strange. What's the reasoning behind it? With locked PCI buses I can't see a problem occuring.

i thought that was the problem that it was on the pci bus @133

and raptors run max 150 ?
