Overclocking celeron 533

I'm new at this. Trying to over clock my CPU, I'm not having any success. Here's what I have:
Intel celeron 533 w/slot1 converter
ABIT BH6
128 @ 133
64 @ 100
WD HD 30gig @ 7200rpm
ATI rage fury video
sound blaster live value
cable modem
What are the settings I need to over clock this cpu?? Everything I have tried to this point locks up.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Is this a celeron 533 or 533a, it has a real bearing on your possibilities.
