I was just wondering if anyone knows if there's somekind of frequency multiplier lock on either the PIII 733 FCPGA or on my mobo (Rhino VA694X Via)... or could I just take the multiplier higher, because my memory (it would seem) doesn't work if FSB is over 140mhz :( I'm pretty new to this stuff, and I don't want to go trashing something, so I would appreciate some help :) Thanx in advance.

Hi,

you can't change the multiplier on Intel chips as they are locked. The only way you can overclock a PIII is by changing the FSB setting.
