This is definitely BH-5... isn't it?

I have an A-bit NF7 (Non-S) with Kingston HyperX PC3200 Ram.
2x256 (512MB Kit) (Non-A Kit)

The system is currently setup for 2 settings,
1 for normal everyday use, and another for DVD Conversions.

1st setting
11 x 202FSB = 2222Mhz @ 1.675v
CAS2 2-2-11 @ 2.6v

2nd setting
11 x 214 = 2350Mhz @ 1.75v about 4c higher overall.
CAS2 2-2-11 @ 2.7v

Now if this weren't BH-5 Chips, I shouldn't be able to do those ram timings @ only 2.7v right, or even at all? I'm almost convinced these are BH-5, but could use some reassurance from the experts. :p

If they are non A then yes they should be BH-5

Cant you just look at the chip?

Mine says Winbond ch-5 right on it.

There's a HeatSpreader on them.. so I cannot tell.
I can only judge by my experience, as mentioned above, that these are indeed BH-5 chips.

I wish there was another way to tell.

afaik, bh-5 are the ONLY chips that will do 2-2-2 at 400mhz, the key latency timing being the second, ras->cas delay. if you can do 2-2-2 at or above 400, you've definitely got bh-5 chips.

there just are no other chips around that will do it. (except maybe bh-6 i think, i've heard of people running bh-5'esque timings with bh-6, but i don't think hyperx pc3200 ever used bh-6)...
