God dangg!!..... I am surprised.
I just upped the FSB to 150mhz on my P3 700E cC0 Slot1 with my Mushkin RAM timing at its max 3.2.2. and not only it boots to windows fine but I tested Two hours of Quake3A gaming on single player with 18 Bots!!!! and unexpectedly, it was stable all the way! I just gave it a shot of 150FSB and I thought it was gonna freeze on me but the video card was doing a fine job! I dont know what happened.

With my previous P3 800EB cB0 running @ 147FSB and Up, the video crashed on Quake3A in about 5 to 10 minutes.

Both processors were tested under same hardware setup, ie.. Mobo, Hard drive, etc..

Some time ago, on my mobo I had a cut and modified P3 Slot1 HS with an Artic Silver on a AGP chipset. Another HS & Artic Silver on a HPT 370 HD controller chipset.. and Finally the Voodoo3 2000 Heat Sink on a PCI controller chipset. The Quake3A still crashed on a P3 800EB@ 147FSB and Up.

Because of the Huge Ass heatsink on the AGP chipset was sticking up very high like an Empire State building, there's no room for Alpha slot1 HSF or any other Boxy, Fattt HSFs, impossible... I barely had room for skinnier Aluminum HSF slot1 for my processor. So, what I at least had to do was to have my Two large Case Fans(glued together in a form of Rectangular shape) mounted right above the processor with little bit of gap so it wont touch each other.

But now, with this P3 700E cC0, I dont know what happened.. but I can run that game @ 150FSB @ Cas 3.2.2 without lockups!!!! and yet to go higher!! I haven't done at higher FSB yet, but damnnn... it's already freakin fastttttt.

Is it the new cC0 processor? or is it because of this new processor and my cooling setup on my mobo? I am very happy though!

Run demo setup:

@1050(150mhzFSB) w/ nVidia Det. 6.18 driver with fast mipmap linear filter NOT enabled, GF2 GTS@ 220/365,
Quake3A w/ v1.17 patch
TimeDemo 001
1024x768x16bit color
Lightmap, Medium detail, Bilinear filtering, and Default Texture,

Simple Items: off
Marks on Walls: On
Ejecting Brass: off
Dynamic Lights: On
Identify Tartget: off
High Quality Sky: On
V sync: off

Blazing 9.4 sec/ 142.9 fps.

I think my vid card is starting to max out in fps performance at this system clock speed..

Nice, have fun with you kick-ass system! And yes, I think the cc0 is the most important reason for your overclock! :)

Often times registry errors and others problems can be attributed to the ram I have found out. I thought my cco 700 gave up at 150fsb but it was at default voltage so it couldnt be true. I lowered ram timings to 333 and now I am at 160fsb. Now I just have to find a stick of ram that will run 222 at 160 still on that quest. Try it at 333 see how far it will go and then adjust the ram timings. I have problems over 163fsb I think it is the hd some other device. I have the same exact setup as you except a maxtor harddrive my volts on the cpu are 1.95 watercooled and my i/o is 3.6. Back down the core to default on the gf2 200MHZ. The ram is what is important anyway and it allowed me to get another 5fsb from the vidcard. My vidcard core is watercooled don't know if that makes any difference though.
