ok bought my new parts for my current PC.....

Chelfec Dragon Black DX-01D Midi Case (No PSU)
420Watt HiperPower Quiet Dual Fan (Active Fan Control) Active PFC
Corsair Value Select 512MB DDR PC3200
160Gb Mactor Plus 9 ATA-133 (7200RPM,8MB Cache) Quiet Drive Technology 3yr Warranty
MSI DR9-A 2MB Buffer+ DVD +RW(x4) +R(x8) -R(x4) -RW(x2) CDR(x40) CDRW(x24) CDread x40 DVD x16 (Retail)
Dlink DES1005D 5 Port 10/100 Switch

376 pounds total..... I had to get the Value RAM because:

1) My Current OWN POS...
2) 76 Pounds over my Budget.... I am not spending any more money... I have a live...(don't mean to offend anyone just making facts)

What you think?

Anyway.. all my stuff should be here on the 6th of January :D..... What about the DVD-RW???... is it anygood???

hehe, anyway everything looks solid to me. On the MSI, i'm not really sure but I've always cinsidered MSI to be strong in everything they do...I've had their CDRW's, DVD"s, motherboards, and video cards (especialy thier video cards).

Oh and you sure you can't Oc just a little? try going to 2.8gz...and like 275/550 with your 8500 :p

Well ok u pulled my leg... I am going to overclock... but i can only do 3.7 Stable... my RAM is causing problems... Heating is fine around around 40C gamming etc... about 37Idle....

I like all the format features the MSI drive has...and with the x8 R+ Format which makes it really fast....

Hey just a quick question..... Do you think the Corsair Value Select 512MB DDR PC3200 was a good choice.... I was over my Budget and i only have 2100 in my computer at the moment...
