Hey guys, i could use a little help from anyone if it wouldn't be too much to ask. The thing is i want to raise the multiplier on my unlocked barton 3000+ (ive got the right cooling) on MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR motherboard. The thing is, i can't get the multiplier over 13, so i want to update my bios. The thing is I ran into two ways on flashing the bios and i am not sure which one I should use. :eh?: one option is "Award Flash BIOS Procedure" and the other one is "Flashing the BIOS for Users using NON FAT file system" i was gonna use the award flash bios procedure but then the other one caught my attention. the thing is my system is in NTSF format and not FAT32 or whatever so I'm a bit confused. WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!???? plz help. here is a link just in case

so to raise the multiplier i should do the wire trick? is it the same thing as this? ---http://www.tomshardware.com/cpu/20030210/barton-06.html

Well you could do that, but it'd be much easier to short the corresponding pin holes on the motherboard, itself, I have successfully did it, and I still have a VID mod, so my mobo reads my default voltage as 1.65v instead of 1.6. You can use this link to determine which pin holes on the mobo you have to connect. Look at the bottom pic and the line that is circled red
