1) I'm using a Celeron II 600MHz and only manage to clock it to 928Mhz. I was wondering if I could do anything to make it run at 1GHz. Currently the spec. for my PC is as followed, Celeron II 600@928MHz, 1.90v, Golden Orb Cooler, Ext. Clock 100MHz, Iwill SlotKet II Converter Card, Abit BH6 Motherboard, 256 PC 100 Ram, Sound Blaster Live! Value 5.1, MSI GeForce 2 MX 32 MB.
2) Will it help if I use the Super Orb Cooler to clock my CPU? I don't have much cash so if anybody who has done it, please let me know cause I don't want to waste my money and not have it run at atleast 1GHz.
3) The other thing is, can anyone tell me how to overclock my graphics card using what kind of software and how stable will it be. Also, will there be a lot of difference in the performance?
4) This is not related with overclocking but if anybody can help, please do so. I'm using Creative Cambridge SoundWorks Speakers and everytime I on and off the PC, there will be a loud noice. The only way I know how not to have the loud noice is to put the volume down to 0. Any other ideas??
5) Are the results from all the benchmark good enough or can I improve it more? I am still trying to push the CPU to the max.
After I have run the 3D Mark 2000 v1.1, I get a score of 4361 3D Marks. I've also attached a copy of the result from Sandra 2001 CPU benchmark. I am still pretty new at overclocking so if there is any input, all are welcome. Reply Soon. Thank You
