Better pci slots?

I'm curious if some pci slots are better to use (or to not use) than others. I remember with the 8RDA+ it was advantageous to use the last pci slot.
I'm going to be filling two of them if it helps.
 
There really shouldn't be a PCI slot that's better than the other, so just use whatever works for you. If one of the devices does have trouble, then try changing slots...otherwise, it shouldn't be an issue.
 
Read the manual.
It should be noted there.

Some slots share IRQ signals. If all your devices support shared IRQs the there is no problem. If there is device which doesn't - place it in slot which doesn't share with another ocupied slot.

Also slot 1 is usualy shared with AGP slot. But if you have AGP card it si not phisically posible to put anything in slot 1 anyway.

Don't ask me which devices share IRQ - don't have idea.
