is this unlocked, I have been told by the seller week 40 and under are unlockedit is, it is retail boxed and unopened??? Since it will be for a HTPC unlocked would be better but locked at 2.0 ghz with ability to go a bit higher via fsb alone aint that bad .......

In week 40 many chips were already locked, I think the only way to find out is to actually test the chip

if its unopened retail boxed, theres no way the seller knows if it happens to be unlocked.
