v3 3k overclocking help plz

i overclocked my v3 3k and i need to test it, how do i get intot he quake3 timeloop demo thing? what do i type in the console to get this?

and to see your frames per second...while your in the game type /drawfps_1

If you get little imperfections...you have gone to far...what do u have it set at?
