I want to up the core voltage on my chip it is a P-III
I have been told that to up the core voltage that i need to wire two pins together and bend another.......
Could anyone help me please????????
If you have a decent mobo with reasonable FSB and Voltage manipulation, you can set it on the motherboard.
What motherboard do you have?

ECS Elite P6BAP-A+ Motherboard Via Apollo Pro133 chipset
I have one of there mother boards and i can get the CPU speed from a P-III 700 to a P-III 933 but it is not very stable does anyone have any ideas on how to make it more stable on this motherboard.
I am using a golden orb cooler cpu temp @ 38oC
256mb PC133 memory
I was wondering about changing the core voltage of the chip to 1.75 or 1.8 but i am unsure about how to do it.

Could anyone help me please????????
It is not possible to change it on the mother board
That board is a lemon man the old via boards suck so really even with that mod your performance will suck. I suggest buying an Asus cus2 or some other good quality board for $100 than start bending pins just yet. It is very easy to get as much as 1.9v normally on decent boards without modding the processor. Do yourself a favor and sell that board and get a new one. Sell it to someone for $50 bucks and then your out $60 for a good investment that will perfom much better.

Have to say the same as the other post , your board isn't that easy to o/c and upping the voltage is not recommended . I have a CUSL2-C mobo and am very content with it (this is personnel , others may tell you different but we all have our favorite) If you can buy a new board and do yourself a favor !!
Well, basically on Intel processors the voltage is determined by the VID or Voltage ID pins. Here are a couple of links that will provide more info. Also within the thread at the first link are some more links to check out.
