my celeron 700 will only run at 789@75 fsb and wont run with 83 or higher also changing voltage from 1.70 to 1.75 or 1.80 does nothing at all, board is abit bx2 rev 2 and cpu is malay celron 700 coppermine Q843A387-0043, SL4P2, and voodoo3 agp also when booted cpu is seen as p111 700E and if clocked to 83 fsb comes up as 859EB, highest sucessful overclock has been 789@75fsb WTF is happpening?

Not all celermines run beyond 800-850MHz. Many do, but certainly not all. With the 10.5 multiplier you have very few options. The key to celermine performance is to stay away from multipliers over 8.5-9 unless you are an extremely lucky person. The odds drop markedly above that point of reaching a workable FSB- plus running it at low FSB costs you performance in memory bandwidth and data transfer on the bus.

I am running my Celeron II 700 @ 877 right now 1.65v (1.7v default) and it runs sweetly with my radeon @ 200/400. Selling it for 1000 and buying my yamaha blaster (a QUAD/ALL TERRIAN VECHILE)
