Sorry to hear about your loss...
However, just be warned that I have two friends that had similar problems and returned their processors. Intel Voided their warranty becuase they(Intel) determined the processors had been overclocked...(which they had been).
How exactly they determined it had been overclocked is beyond me!

hope that the experience has made you 'Stronger' :)
Before taking the CPU back, try using a different Video card. May sound funky, but I just had some problems with a system doing the exact same thing. Swapped out the CPU, STILL did it. Hmm, since I know that ATI sux, I dropped in a different vid card, problem went away. Returned the Video card for a new one, its all happy now.
Just figured I'd pass it on, just in case it can save some hassle...

If it's under a year, return it to where you bought it from. That way *they* have to deal with Intel. I've just RMA'd my dead C566 to the place where I bought it from. It ran sweetly at 850 for most of it's short (less than six month) life before my mobo killed itself ( blew a Mosfet) and took the Celery with it.
If that's the third one you've killed, sendatooli, I'd seriously think about the way you go about OCing. Try and Identify the problem areas. Heat and voltage are the most likely cause for premature death of Oc'd Hardware.

mike, you were right it is a bad ati card, not the cpu.
5th radeon that has died on me in 2 months. these things are junk. avoid them at all costs!
So glad to be of service
